Solid Rock Worship Center’s Easter Egg Coloring Contest Official Rules and Conditions
OFFICIAL RULES
1. The entries will be divided into age groups: 0-4, 5-8, 9-12. One prize of a ‘Toys R Us’ Gift Card valued at $50 will be awarded to each group.
2. One entry per child, but multiple children per household allowed.
3. Submitted artwork becomes the property of Solid Rock Worship Center.
4. Must have valid contact information to participate.
5. Winners selected will be contacted by phone or email from contact information. No response to prize notification will forfeit prize and will be awarded to next contestant.
6. Completed forms may be dropped off during Sunday services @ Solid Rock Worship Center or they may be mailed to: Coloring Contest, c/o SRWC, P.O. Box 18, Landisville, NJ 08326. Be sure to complete the entire entry form.
7. Judges decision is final. Winners and possibly other submissions may be posted online.
8. Void where prohibited by law.
9. Contest Entry must be submitted by parent or guardian 18 years of age or older
10. Entry must be received no later than April 13, 2014.
11. Every submission must be the child’s actual work.
HOW TO ENTER
1. The Easter Egg Coloring Contest will begin on March 23, 2014 and end on April 13, 2014.
2. To participate in the contest, you may acquire a contest entry form via the following method(s):
a. G online to www.SRworship.org and download the official coloring contest form.
b. Contest forms may also be picked up during Sunday services @ Solid Rock Worship Center during the contest period at 201 Kennedy Drive, Landisville, NJ 08326.
3. Submit your completed contest entry form via the following method(s):
a. Completed forms may be dropped off during Sunday services @ Solid Rock Worship Center during the contest period. Check the web site at www.SRworship.org for service times.
b. Completed forms may also be mailed to: Coloring Contest, c/o SRWC, P.O. Box 18, Landisville, NJ 08326. All entries must be received by April 13, 2014.
4. Only one entry per person is allowed.
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
1. The contest is open to all children entering with their parent’s or guardian’s permission in the following age categories: up to age 4, ages 5 to 7, and ages 8 to 10. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. A parent or guardian must sign contest entry form giving permission for their child to enter the contest.
PRIZES
1. There will be three winners, one in each age category (0-4, 5-7, 8-10). Each winner will receive a ‘Toys R Us’ Gift Card valued at $50.
2. All prizes may be picked up at Solid Rock Worship Center. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 28 days of winning.
3. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes. The prizes are expressly limited to the item listed above and do not include taxes or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
1. The contest will be judged by the congregation of Solid Rock Worship Center. Decisions of the Coloring Contest with respect to the contest are final. One winner from each age category will be selected to win by the judges. The decisions of the judges are final.
2. Entries will be reviewed by the panel of judges on or about April 14, 2014.
3. Winners will be selected based upon creativity and artistic ability.
4. Winners will be announced during the Easter Service and/or notified by phone and/or e-mail on or about April 20, 2014 by Solid Rock Worship Center.
CONDITIONS
1. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of Solid Rock Worship Center.
2. Solid Rock Worship Center is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
3. Solid Rock Worship Center, it’s volunteers, parishioners, and staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, illegible, incomplete or late entries.
